North Carolina's SLAVEMACHINE Resurrected

North Carolina metal act SLAVEMACHINE has reformed two years after disbanding due to personal differences. Lead vocalist and founding member Ryan Taylor said, "We've been thinking about this for over a year now, and it just feels like the right time to launch the band again. We've received numerous emails and phone calls to do shows and to record again and I have to be honest…I really missed performing with the band!!!" He added, "As soon as I decided to put things back together, I knew I'd have to call in our fifth member and former manager, Bam-Bam (Craig Stegall; president and director of Artist Relations for B2 Management & Artist Development) to help us get things off the ground." Stegall, who has owned B2 Management & Artist Development for six years, also manages the career of KIX vocalist Steve Whiteman and his latest band, FUNNY MONEY.

SLAVEMACHINE released its first album, "Disfigured Consciousness", in October 2004 through Reality Entertainment. The CD generated favorable sales and positive reviews, but internal struggles tore the band apart. The band now boasts new faces in drummer Bobby Reeves and guitarist Brad Lee alongside Taylor on vocals, bassist Kevin Reeves and lead guitarist Rod Young.

Commented manager Stegall, "What Ryan has done with this band is kept the integrity solid and brought in extraordinary players who compliment the team work ethic. The demos that I have heard are incredible and very becoming of a band who is still hungry and full of the kind of attitude that seems to be missing from so many other acts in this genre."
